Vector Tank-Top Design

I’m getting custom tank tops printed and I need the artwork finalised as a true vector in Adobe Illustrator (.ai). The shirt colour is fixed, so the design will use only black and red inks. Roof line and hammer with name on front, other picture is the back.

Front: a combination text-and-icon logo centred on the chest, with the name “kevin” placed neatly beneath the icon.
Back: a matching graphic plus supporting copy; I want the wording handled in a minimalistic, clean type treatment so it contrasts nicely with the bolder front mark.

Please supply:
• One layered AI file with outlines preserved and colours clearly separated for the printer
• A quick JPG mock-up for visual reference so I can double-check placement before sending it off

The artwork has to remain fully scalable with no embedded bitmaps—pure vector paths only—so my t-shirt maker can size it as needed without loss of quality. If you’ve handled apparel line art before and can turn this around quickly, I’m ready to award right away.
