Preferred information channels are the firms’ own websites and any relevant social-media profiles; use other reputable directories only when the first two options fail to yield a result.

Acceptance criteria for each batch:
• All mandatory fields present and spelled correctly
• Emails and phone numbers dial-tested or otherwise verified as active
• Source link leads directly to the evidence used
• Sheet passes a quick duplicate scan before submission
