I need a lightweight web application whose core purpose is user interaction through personalised profiles. Visitors must be able to register, upload a profile picture, and fill out a short bio that displays cleanly on their public page. No additional commerce or bulky CMS modules are required; this project is strictly about creating smooth, engaging profiles that load quickly and look professional on desktop and mobile.

Because the budget is modest, I’m aiming for an MVP that relies on well-supported open-source tools and a straightforward stack—feel free to suggest React, Vue, or a simple server-rendered framework if it keeps development time down. Clean, commented code and a brief “how-to-deploy” read-me are essential so I can maintain it later.
