Virtual Assistant Needed – Recruitment & Admin Support

I’m launching a new UK adult\-industry agency and need a reliable VA for approximately 5 hours per week initially\.

The role involves:

• Posting and refreshing recruitment adverts on appropriate permitted platforms
• Responding to people who apply
• Collecting the required application details and photos
• Checking applications are complete
• Filtering out spam and incomplete enquiries
• Sending completed applications to me for review
• Keeping me updated on what has been posted and the number of applications received

I will personally conduct interviews and make all final recruitment decisions\.

You must be comfortable working with an 18\+ adult\-industry business\. Previous recruitment, advertising, VA or adult\-industry experience would be useful\.

Initial budget: £5–£10 per hour\.
Approximately 5 hours per week to begin with, with the possibility of more ongoing work\.
