VA for Podcast Lead Generation

I run a podcast editing service for solo finance and investing hosts. I need a detail-oriented VA or lead generation professional to build me a clean, verified lead list of podcasters who fit a specific profile. This is research + verification work, not scraping — I'm paying for quality, and I check every row.

What you'll do
Find solo-hosted podcasts in the personal finance / investing / money / entrepreneurship space and log qualifying ones into a spreadsheet I provide. Each lead must be verified against my checklist before you add it.

A lead only qualifies if ALL of these are true:

Solo host (one main voice — skip co-hosted and interview panel shows)
Topic is finance, investing, money, or entrepreneurship
Published a new episode within the last 21 days
Has at least 10 episodes total
Audio sounds unedited or rough (background noise, uneven volume, echo, no clean intro)
You can find a real contact method — direct email preferred, or an active personal Instagram/Twitter/website contact
Not already professionally edited (no "edited by" credit, no polished produced intro)

For each lead, log:

Podcast name
Host name
Show topic / niche
Contact method (email or profile link)
Where it's hosted (Apple, Spotify, etc.) + link
Last episode date
Total episode count
One line: what sounds wrong with the audio

What I'm looking for

Careful, honest work — I'd rather get 10 real leads than 50 padded ones
Good enough English to judge topic and listen for audio quality
Comfortable using Google Sheets
