V12 Engine Model Construction

I'm seeking an experienced mechanic or model builder to construct a V12 engine from a kit. The finished engine will be a working display model. Most engine parts should move together, either by hand or motor, and the model should be powered by a small electric motor.

Requirements:

Ideal Skills and Experience:
