Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are looking for a compassionate and highly organized Bilingual Client Relations and Intake Coordinator who is passionate about helping individuals navigate important moments in their lives. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and empathetic support. You will play a vital role in gathering critical information, coordinating consultations, maintaining accurate records, and helping clients feel informed throughout the process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast paced environment, values meaningful client relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.
Monthly Compensation Range: $1,142 to $1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Schedule consultations, appointments, and meetings
Follow up with potential clients regarding case eligibility and next steps
Document and organize intake information for attorney review
Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the intake process
Ensure all records, notes, and communications remain accurate and up to date
Coordinate communication between clients and the legal team
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
Communicate with existing clients regarding case updates and general inquiries
Generate and send proposals, agreements, and related documents as needed
Manage and maintain client information within the CRM
Track follow ups and maintain consistent communication with leads and clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the intake process
Send payment links and collect consultation fees
Conduct initial immigration intakes and gather detailed client information
Answer and manage urgent inbound calls from prospective clients
Requirements:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM CST
• Location: Remote
• Time Zone: Central Standard Time (CST)
Language Requirement: Fluent English and Spanish required
• Industry: Immigration Law
Call Volume: Medium call volume expected
Experience in immigration law is appreciated but not required
Strong customer service experience is required
Experience handling sensitive or urgent client situations is highly preferred
Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism during high stress situations
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the legal team
Experience scheduling appointments and consultations
Experience managing client records and CRM systems
Ability to collect and organize detailed client information accurately
