Uzbekistan Network Speed Testing

I need a network-testing specialist located in Uzbekistan to run focused performance tests that measure only network speed—both download and upload.

Scope of work
• Conduct throughput tests from your location (or multiple Uzbek locations if you have access) using reliable tools such as Ookla Speedtest CLI, iPerf3, or a comparable method.
• Capture raw logs for every run, including timestamp, server used, and connection type (fixed broadband or mobile).
• Aggregate the results into a short spreadsheet showing average, minimum, maximum, and standard-deviation figures for each site or ISP you test.
• Add brief notes on any anomalies you observe during the sessions.

This phase does not require latency or packet-loss measurements; we are strictly focused on performance testing for download and upload speeds.

Please tell me:
1. The city or region where you can carry out the tests.
2. The type of connection(s) you can access (e.g., home fiber, 4G/LTE, 5G).
3. How soon you can begin and roughly how long you will need to deliver the raw logs and summary sheet.
