I’m preparing a new public build of my Android-and-iOS app and need a sharp usability eye to make sure the experience feels effortless from the very first tap. Your main focus will be the overall ease of use: navigation flow, wording clarity, visual consistency between the two platforms, and how naturally typical tasks can be completed.

The two areas that demand the closest scrutiny are:
• Login / signup / account management – every field, error message, and edge case must work and read well.
• Core in-app actions such as browsing, posting, messaging, or booking – the features people will touch every day.

I want the sessions split between brand-new installs and accounts that already hold data, so I can see how both first-time and returning users move through common tasks.

Deliverables I need back from you:
1. A concise report listing every usability friction point you find, ordered by severity.
2. Reproduction steps or screen recordings for each issue so my devs can trace them quickly.
3. Suggestions for copy, layout, or flow tweaks that would make the app feel more intuitive.

You’ll get access via TestFlight and an internal Android build along with a staging backend. If you already use tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Xcode Instruments, Android Studio profilers, or your own device farm, that’s a plus—just mention it so we can align on data formats.

I’m ready to share the latest build today and would like your full feedback within a week. Let me know your device list and any prior UX testing examples; then we can kick things off.
