UX Tester for App/Website Evaluation

**Project Title:** Test Our App/Website User Experience & Identify Confusion Points

We are looking for a detail-oriented UX tester to test our platform from a real user’s perspective.

Your task is to go through the complete user journey and identify:

* Confusing screens, labels, buttons, or instructions
* Steps that feel difficult, slow, or unnecessary
* Places where users may get stuck or not know what to do next
* Mobile usability issues
* Checkout/order-flow issues, if applicable
* Suggestions to make the experience simpler and clearer

Please test as a first-time user, not as a developer. We need honest, practical feedback—not only technical bug reporting.

**Deliverables:**

* A screen-by-screen list of usability issues
* Screenshots or screen recordings showing each issue
* Clear explanation of what confused you and what you expected instead
* Suggested improvement for each important issue
* Overall rating for ease of use and trust

Experience testing e-commerce, ordering, local business, or mobile apps is preferred.
