Utility Trench Engineering for Electrical Conduits

I need an experienced engineer to design the construction of a utility trench for electrical conduits. The trench will be located in an industrial site and will be 3' deep and only 220 feet long. Also there is a fiber optic trench approx 75' long and 2' feet deep .

I believe this is called Duct Bank Engineering
