Utility Status Notification App

I want to put a simple, reliable mobile app into my customers’ hands so they can see, at a glance, whether their essential utilities are up and running. The focus is sanitation and fuel—and I need the status of each to update in near-real time.
Whenever something changes, the user should find out in whichever way suits them best: a subtle in-app banner, a push notification on their phone, or an email in their inbox. They can opt in or out of any combination of those channels from inside the app.
Here is what I expect as concrete deliverables:
• A clean cross-platform mobile app (Android and iOS) that displays the live status of electricity, water and fuel services.
• A lightweight back-end or API integration that fetches and refreshes the status data automatically.
• A notification module that triggers push, email and in-app alerts based on real-time service changes and the user’s chosen preferences.
• Source code, brief setup documentation and a short user guide so I can maintain or hand off the project easily.
If you already have experience working with real-time APIs, Firebase/OneSignal for push, or similar notification stacks, that will help us move quickly. I am available to confirm data sources and branding assets once development begins, and I’ll test the build personally before sign-off.
