* Before starting the full scraping, freelancer must provide the **total unique record count** available for scraping.
* Freelancer must also share a **sample Excel file containing 100–200 records** for approval.
* After sample approval, complete the full dataset.
* **Timeline:** Maximum 1 week.
* **Budget:** Fixed budget — please quote your best fixed price.
* Data should be clean, accurate, deduplicated, and delivered in Excel format.
