I have two classes in my TM and they are seeking
"
need two specimens of use. ""
I am unaware of what qualifies this .. and I would be grateful for you to reply, if you are negotiable on your fee..
I need an experienced USPTO practitioner to prepare and file the renewal for my existing trademark. I already have the original registration number and all core details; what I lack is the time and up-to-date procedural knowledge to complete the Section 8 (and, if required, Section 9) filing accurately and on schedule.
The mark itself is a standard trademark rather than a design-only registration, so you won’t need to recreate any specimens or graphical elements—just confirm the current acceptable specimen, validate the goods/services wording, and move the paperwork smoothly through TEAS.
What I expect from you:
• A brief review call or message exchange to confirm key facts and deadlines
• Preparation of the renewal application in TEAS, including any declarations and specimen uploads
• Final submission once I approve the draft, followed by confirmation of USPTO acceptance and a copy of the receipt
If USPTO raises any non-substantive office actions, I’ll rely on you to handle them promptly (I’ll cover any additional government fees should they arise). Please outline your process, typical turnaround time, and any similar renewals you have recently completed when you respond.
