USPTO Office Action Response Needed

I need assistance in responding to a nonfinal office action from the USPTO regarding my trademark application.

Requirements:
- Submit a response to the USPTO as my attorney-in-fact.

I am registering Trade Mark YUNGS(class 38) which is used in website yungs.com by Madrid international trademark registration

But 2026.10.02. United States Patent and Trademark Office sent me a email
NONFINAL OFFICE ACTION Notice of Provisional Full Refusal as attached PDF file.

I should reply to USPTO but i,m korean nationality and foreigner so i cannot reply by myself . US attorney must submit repliance to USPTO
