USER FEEDBACK COLLECTION AGREEMENT

1. Parties

Client: Mikhail (Misha), developer of the Colexica app.
Contractor: Gohar.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor organizes the collection of feedback from 30 people about the mobile app Colexica — English Vocabulary.

The app:
— website: https://www.colexica.com
— App Store: https://apps.apple.com/am/app/colexica-english-vocabulary/id6739158843

3. What the Contractor's work includes

3.1. Independently finding and pre-screening 30 participants who meet the requirements in Section 4. The Client does not search for participants.
3.2. Preparing a Google Form with the questions (Section 6).
3.3. Giving participants instructions for testing the app.
3.4. Organizing the testing and collecting the responses.
3.5. Giving the Client access to the spreadsheet with the results (or passing the responses to the Client).

4. Requirements for participants

4.1. Number: 30 people.
4.2. Device: iPhone, or iPad, or MacBook.
4.3. The participant is learning English and studies it at least several times a week — learning words, reading, practicing, and so on. Motivation to learn English is required.
4.4. Location does not matter. Participants may be from any region where one of the following languages is spoken: English, Armenian, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Arabic.

5. What each participant does

5.1. Installs the app and uses it for 15–20 minutes: not just opening it, but actually using it — adding words, looking through the different sections, figuring out what the app can do.
5.2. Fills in the Google Form and honestly writes their opinion of the app. Honesty is the key condition: negative answers are just as useful to the Client as positive ones. The Client is not asking anyone to write something good.
5.3. Optionally leaves an honest rating and/or review in the App Store.

6. The Google Form

6.1. The form consists of approximately 8–10 questions and covers the following topics:
— overall impression of the app;
— what they liked;
— what was inconvenient;
— the most useful features;
— what was missing;
— how the person currently learns English;
— how easy it was to figure out the app (rating);
— likelihood of returning to the app;
— perception of the subscription price;
— what could motivate them to subscribe.
6.2. The subscription questions are worded in a non-leading way.
6.3. The Contractor agrees the final list of questions with the Client before starting to collect responses.

7. App Store reviews

7.1. Leaving a rating or review in the App Store is not a mandatory condition for a participant.
7.2. Reviews are not paid for separately.
7.3. The participant decides for themselves whether to leave a rating and what rating to give. A review must be honest and voluntary.

8. Deadlines

8.1. Deadline for collecting the 30 participants — by the end of October 2026. Earlier is possible.

9. Price and payment

9.1. Price: 7 US dollars per participant.
9.2. Total price for 30 participants: 210 US dollars.
9.3. The price includes: finding and pre-screening participants, organizing the testing, preparing the Google Form, and collecting the results.

10. Deliverable

The work is considered delivered when the Client has access to the spreadsheet with responses from 30 participants meeting the requirements in Section 4.
