ales & Customer Acquisition Specialist Needed for PitchCrafte

Project Overview

I already have a live product, PitchCrafte, and I am looking for an experienced sales and customer acquisition specialist who can help bring genuine paying customers.

PitchCrafte helps freelancers create and improve pitches and proposals through a specialized workflow.

This is not primarily a marketing strategy or consulting project. I am not looking for someone who will only provide a marketing plan, test a few channels, or deliver a report without generating real customers.

I am looking for someone with proven ability to find relevant prospects, communicate the value of a product, and convert interested users into genuine paying customers.

The Goal

The initial goal is to generate at least 50 genuine paid credit purchases from real customers.

To clarify:

A paid credit means an actual purchase made by a real customer.
International price: $5.22 per credit
Sri Lankan local price: LKR 1,808 per credit
1 credit = 1 proposal

All purchases will be independently verified through PitchCrafte's records.

Our longer-term goal is to reach approximately 1,000–1,200 genuine paid credit purchases by the end of this year. The first 50–100 purchases will help us understand customer behavior, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and the channels that can be scaled.

What I Need From You

Your main responsibility is to actively help acquire paying customers.

This includes:

Identifying freelancers and other relevant users who genuinely need help creating better proposals or pitches.
Finding appropriate communities, platforms, and sales channels where these potential customers can be reached.
Conducting legitimate outreach and sales conversations.
Explaining the value of PitchCrafte to potential users.
Encouraging interested users to try the product and purchase credits if they find value.
Following up with genuine interested prospects where appropriate.
Bringing real traffic and potential buyers to the product.
Collecting useful feedback from real prospects and customers.

You are free to recommend and use appropriate acquisition channels, but you should have a practical plan for turning prospects into paying customers.

What I Am NOT Looking For

Please do not apply if your main service is only:

Creating a general marketing strategy
Providing a theoretical sales funnel
Running a campaign without focusing on actual purchases
Sending a report without generating real prospects or customers
Buying fake traffic or engagement
Using bots or fake accounts

I already have the product. My priority is customer acquisition and sales.

Required Experience

The campaign should focus on reaching people who have a genuine need for the product, rather than generating meaningless traffic or free users.

I understand that no legitimate seller can guarantee a specific number of purchases before testing the product and market. However, I am specifically looking for someone confident in their ability to actively sell and acquire customers, not someone whose only commitment is to "try for 7 days."

Please explain what realistic results you believe you can achieve and how you would work toward the 50-purchase target.

Verification and Quality Requirements

All purchases must be:

Made by genuine users
Independently verifiable through our platform records
Legitimate purchases using real payment methods
From users with a genuine interest in the product

The following are strictly prohibited:

Fake accounts
Bots
Fake engagement
Fraudulent purchases
Spam
Misleading claims
Self-purchases or coordinated fake purchases designed only to meet the target
Incentivizing fake purchases

Deliverables

During the campaign, provide regular progress updates.

The final results should include:

Number of genuine prospects reached
Sales and acquisition channels used
Number of genuine users who tried the product
Number of verified paid credit purchases
Total paid credits purchased
Relevant proof of outreach or acquisition activity while respecting privacy
Genuine customer and prospect feedback
Common objections or reasons people did not purchase
Recommendations based on real customer interactions

Budget and Future Opportunity

Initial budget: $50 USD

This is an initial campaign. Strong performance and demonstrated ability to generate genuine paying customers can lead to larger campaigns and higher budgets.

I am looking for a long-term growth partner if we find someone who can consistently acquire real customers.

Campaign Duration

Initial campaign period: Up to 7 days.

If the campaign shows genuine traction, we can discuss extending the work and scaling the campaign.
