Title: Full-stack developer (React + Supabase + AI) for a freelance
job-management web app, phased build

OVERVIEW
I run a freelance agency. I win projects on Freelancer, Upwork and
Fiverr and outsource the delivery. I need a mobile-friendly web app
that helps me find jobs, score them, write proposals with AI, and track
the money. A human always approves every proposal. Nothing is ever sent
or bid automatically.

I already have a working prototype and design reference. I will share
screenshots after hiring. The look is a dark theme with an orange accent,
a left sidebar and a kanban lead pipeline.

WHAT THE APP DOES
1. Lead pipeline: Follow up, Closing, In progress, Completed columns,
source filters, totals in R (rand), drag cards between columns.
2. Job feed: live Freelancer.com jobs through its public API, refreshed
every minute with a NEW badge. Upwork and Fiverr jobs are added by
pasting a link or text.
3. AI lead scoring: 0 to 100, red/yellow/green, with 3 reasons.
4. AI proposal engine: reads the job and my profile, drafts a short
proposal I edit and send myself.
5. Conversations: paste client messages, AI suggests 3 reply options.
6. Built-in CRM: clients, notes, history, AI summary.
7. Vendor list with AI vetting reports and a "match vendors to this
job" button.
8. Project tracker with smart flags (low margin, overdue, due soon).
9. Cash and margin dashboard, monthly report, CSV export.
10. AI weekly coach and daily brief, based only on my own data.

RULES
- No scraping of Upwork or Fiverr and no automatic bidding or messaging.
The app must respect each platform's terms.
- Secrets and API keys stay on the server, never in the browser.
- Mobile first. I will use it on my phone.

PREFERRED STACK
React or Next.js, Supabase (auth, database, edge functions), and an AI
model through an API. Lovable or similar AI builders are fine if the
result is clean, documented code that I own.

DELIVERABLES
Working app on my own hosting and accounts, full source code in my
repository, setup notes, and a short walkthrough video.
