USDT Purchase and API Integration -- 2

1. Pricing: USDT purchased at real market rate (spot), with total cost (spread + fees) not exceeding ~1.5–2% all-in. Please state the effective all-in cost of your proposed solution clearly.
2. API integration: REST API with webhooks for order status. I need programmatic quote → order → settlement flow, not a manual/OTC process. Sandbox environment and documentation required.
3. Funding rails: SAR bank transfer preferred; card payments acceptable. Specify which rails your solution supports and settlement speed.
4. Settlement: USDT delivered to my own wallet address (TRC-20 / ERC-20 / BEP-20 — specify supported networks and withdrawal fees).
5. Compliance: The provider must be a licensed/regulated VASP (e.g., regulated in Bahrain/UAE/Singapore/EU). I will complete standard KYC/KYB. I am not interested in P2P middlemen, “unofficial rates,” gray-market channels, or anyone acting as an unlicensed counterparty — such proposals will be rejected immediately.

Deliverables: Provider recommendation with fee breakdown, working API integration (Node.js or Python), webhook handling, and documentation.
