Your focus will be market research and practical local business advice. I’m looking for clear answers on which cities give us the best mix of demand, talent, and affordability, which industries are currently investing in AI-driven solutions, and which marketing channels (events, online platforms, associations, media outlets) reliably reach decision-makers.

Deliverables
• Research brief that ranks the top metropolitan areas for AI and automation services, backed by data and anecdotal insight
• Shortlist of high-potential industries with notes on pain points we can solve
• Recommended marketing channels for each city/industry pair, including expected reach and cost estimates
• A debrief session (live call or written Q&A) so I can probe deeper into your findings
