Usability & Load Testing SaaS

I’m planning to launch a cloud-based platform that lets product teams run both usability studies and high-volume load tests from the same dashboard. The goal is to give end-to-end insight—from how real users move through a prototype to how the servers behave when 50,000 of those users arrive at once—so the product can be shipped with confidence.

What I need built
• A multi-tenant SaaS application (web only for this first release) that offers two core modules:
– Usability Testing: remote session recording, task completion metrics, heatmaps, screen scraper,participant panel management, highlight-reel video export, and an insights dashboard.
– Load Testing: scenario scripting, distributed load generation, real-time KPI charts (latency, error rate, throughput), auto-scaling triggers, and downloadable PDF/CSV reports.
- Reporting and Click thru analysis
- Ability to support hardware with multi NIC and Multi VPN access in a round robin method to follow timezones based access

Key expectations
• Clean, modern React or Vue front-end, backed by a scalable API (Node, Django, or similar) and a microservice or serverless architecture for the load-generation engine.
• Secure user authentication, role management, and Stripe (or comparable) subscription billing.
• CI/CD pipeline on GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar, with unit/integration tests.
• Clear, commented code and minimal vendor lock-in so future engineers can extend the platform.

Schedule
I’d like a working MVP in roughly four weeks. If we can hit a deployable alpha sooner, even better; I’m open to phased milestones as long as the final hand-off happens within the month.

Show me past work that proves you’ve built either a SaaS platform, a performance-testing engine, or advanced analytics features. Links, screenshots, and brief explanations are perfect—no need for a long proposal deck. I’ll shortlist fast and jump on a call to iron out scope and milestones.

To be successful - you need to have done this before and have something already built that can be modified. All visits must pass Google analysis and be counted as regular traffic to be a billable event, thus need traffic profiling and click analysis to be able to be tuned to not be marked "spam traffic"
