I have all of the legal opt-in language and user flows live on our site; the only piece missing is the formal carrier approval for our new marketing short code. I’m looking for someone who has already walked brands through this process and can shave days—ideally weeks—off the usual timeline.
What I need from you
• A clear, step-by-step roadmap of the entire short-code approval process: documents required, carrier-specific quirks, and realistic time frames.
• A curated shortlist of vetted partners and connectivity providers that are known to accelerate approvals, complete with contacts, fee structures, and the turnaround times you have personally experienced. (We currently have no partners in mind, so fresh suggestions are essential.)
• A separate list of websites or platforms that reliably allow compliant SMS promotions so we can expand our opt-in funnel once the code is live.
Acceptance criteria
The engagement is finished when I receive:
1. A process guide I can hand straight to my compliance team.
2. At least three partner options with enough detail for a quick decision.
3. Ten or more website/channel recommendations, each with a sentence on why it’s a fit for SMS marketing.
We are not locked into any SMS platform yet, so feel free to reference Twilio, Sinch, Bandwidth, or other routes if they make sense. Clear, actionable insight is more valuable to me than an exhaustive white paper—please keep the deliverables concise, accurate, and immediately usable. We're USA based company, we need for US SMS Short code
