You will need to:
• Visit the site in Arizona in person (exact location shared after NDA)
• Examine the primary load-bearing elements, foundations, roof, and lateral bracing systems
• Identify visible defects, material deterioration, or code violations
• Provide a stamped report that summarizes findings, includes annotated photographs, and recommends corrective actions with rough priority levels

Please confirm your Arizona registration number in your bid and outline a realistic timeline for the site visit and delivery of the final stamped report (PDF). Digital submission is acceptable as long as the stamp is legally valid in Arizona.
