USA CEO Pre-made Leads List

I’m looking for a ready-to-deliver database of United States B2B contacts where every record belongs to a CEO. Industry is wide open—the list can mix technology, manufacturing, healthcare, or any other sectors as long as each contact truly holds the top-level role.

Please supply data that has been verified recently (ideally within the past 60 days) rather than scraped on demand. I will run random spot checks, so accuracy matters more than volume.

Deliverables
• CSV or Excel file
• Mandatory fields per record: CEO’s direct email (no “info@” or “sales@”), full company postal address
• Nice-to-have: direct phone number, industry tag, company size

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 95 % valid email rate (bounced addresses will be deducted from the final count)
• No duplicates, no role-based aliases, no records outside the USA
• Sample of 50 rows provided upfront so I can verify quality before release of final list

Once the file passes validation, I’ll approve the milestone immediately.
