U.S. Trademark Attorney – ELEFANT Class 3 Clearance & USPTO Filing

I own the established ELEFANT word-and-design trademark, internationally registered since 1996 under WIPO International Registration No. 666141.

The mark is used in the United States exclusively for professional, commercial and industrial cleaning products, including heavy-duty cleaners and a specialized cleaning preparation for dissolving and removing sugar residues. We do not sell consumer/household cleaning products and have no intention of entering that market.

I am looking for a U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to:
- Conduct a solid U.S. clearance search for Class 3, including ELEFANT, ELEPHANT and relevant elephant-design marks, and provide a practical risk assessment. Please specifically consider potentially relevant marks such as HAPPY ELEPHANT.
- Review and finalize the identification of goods, keeping the application focused on **industrial and commercial cleaning products.
- Confirm the appropriate applicant/ownership structure. The existing international trademark owner and the U.S. company selling the products are part of the same corporate group.
- Review our first-use dates and specimens for a likely §1(a) use-based application.
- Assuming the clearance and ownership review are satisfactory, prepare and file a direct USPTO application for the exact ELEFANT word-and-design mark shown in the WIPO registration.
- Send us the USPTO filing confirmation and serial number promptly after filing.

We already have the exact registered logo, dates of first use, specimens and product information available.
