I’m looking for a reliable partner who can step in for roughly four hours each week to keep my Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn feeds fresh, engaging, and on-brand. Your main focus will be twofold:
1. Content creation – drafting eye-catching copy, pairing it with the right visuals, and tailoring each post to the tone and audience of the three platforms.
2. Analytics and reporting – digging into Meta Business Suite or your preferred analytics tool, pulling the performance data, and turning it into concise insights I can act on.
Post scheduling is handled in-house, so you can devote your limited weekly hours entirely to creating high-quality content and measuring how it performs.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
• Receive a short brief from me at the start of the week.
• Produce platform-specific posts (graphics via Canva or Adobe Express are fine) and drop them into a shared folder for review.
• End of week, send a quick stats snapshot with commentary on what worked, what didn’t, and one or two data-backed suggestions for improvement.
If you have experience managing U.S. brands and can hit the ground running with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later, even better. Let’s keep it simple, impactful, and within the four-hour window.
