US Sales Cold Calling Team

I’m assembling a team of ten energetic cold callers to drive direct sales in the United States market. Your task is straightforward: complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls every working day, guiding prospects through the script I’ve already prepared and closing sales whenever possible.

Speaking english and or spanish is a must.

You will be calling pre-qualified lists, so the focus is on persuasive delivery, objection handling, and accurate note-taking rather than list building. I’ll supply:
• the full script (opening, pitch, rebuttals, and close)
• a detailed product brief so you understand the selling points
• a cloud dialer login with leads loaded and caller IDs ready

What I need from you:
• Consistent daily availability during U.S. business hours
• Clear, confident English with a friendly but assertive tone
• Real-time updating of call outcomes and notes inside the dialer
• End-of-day report summarising total calls, connects, and sales

Performance will be monitored through the dialer dashboard. Hitting the 100-call quota and maintaining quality interactions are both critical—poor contact notes or rushed conversations will be flagged.
