- provide a concise firm profile and key team bios
- provide three public case-study links for nonprofit, health, education, or mission-led WordPress projects of similar scope; shortlisted bidders will share private reference contacts only after confirming those contacts may be listed
- provide a 150 to 250 word approach covering accessible WordPress, content inventory and migration, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Funraise, Breezy, SpotMe, UserWay, SEO, AI discoverability, performance, and security
- confirm availability from September through December 2026, with Q1 2027 flexibility
- confirm an award-contingent fixed fee of $4,999 for a defined UX, design-system, content-model, accessibility, and migration-assurance workstream
