US Email Data Segmentation Assistant

I have a growing file of U-S customer email records that first need to be keyed in accurately and then grouped into meaningful customer segments. The work starts with straightforward data entry—importing every record exactly as provided into a master spreadsheet or my HubSpot CRM—before moving on to customer segmentation that relies on one critical attribute: each contact’s Medical code.

Once every line is in place, I’d like you to segment the list so I can target campaigns with precision. Feel free to use Excel, Google Sheets, or an SQL-friendly tool for the entry phase; for the segmentation itself, you can stay in the same environment or switch to Python / R if that speeds things up. Consistency and zero typos are essential because these addresses feed directly into automated workflows.

Deliverables:

• An added “Medical code segment” column clearly indicating the group each contact belongs to
