US Data Entry from Scans

I have a steady stream of paper forms and scanned documents that need to be transcribed into clean, well-structured digital records. Most of these scans contain customer and contact information that must be keyed accurately into our spreadsheets and occasionally into our cloud CRM. Because everything originates on paper, attention to detail and the ability to interpret handwriting are essential.

You can work at your own pace; there is no fixed deadline on individual batches, but consistency and accuracy are critical. Once we build trust, I’ll send files regularly, so this can become a long-term engagement for the right US-based professional.

Deliverables (per batch)
• A fully populated spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with all fields completed
• Verification that totals match original documents and that no record is missing
• A quick summary noting any illegible entries or anomalies

I’ll provide the scan folder, field guidelines, and access to the CRM when needed. If you’re meticulous, comfortable reading handwritten forms, and looking for ongoing work, this should be a great fit.
