Your role is to do a comprehensive audit and review of my blank statements for my newly incepted company, including but not limited to: test the figures, prepare any adjusting journal entries, draft the auditor’s report, and return final, signed & stamped financials ready for submission to SEC.
Some of the requirement for the audit and review:
Balance sheet:
Confirming bank balances

Testing shares issued
Testing capital contributions
