I need a results-driven partner to fill my pipeline with fresh construction prospects throughout the United States—residential, commercial, and industrial alike. You are free to combine targeted email sequences, persuasive cold calls, and strategic social-media outreach, as long as every contact you pass over is genuinely interested in discussing upcoming building work.

The only mandatory data point for each prospect is accurate contact information (name, role, phone, and email). If you routinely capture additional notes such as project scope or timeline, that is a welcome bonus, but the core requirement is verified contact details.

Please outline how many new leads you can deliver each week, what tools or lists you prefer to tap (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, construction directories, CRMs), and how you will keep messaging CAN-SPAM compliant. I will review sample leads first; once approved, we can move to a recurring hand-off, ideally in a clean CSV or Google Sheet.
