I am gearing up for a commercial advertisement shoot for an engineering company based in the United States. I need two organized, U.S.-based professionals to guide the project through pre-production and assist during the shoot days, October 22nd and 23rd. One will take the lead as Production Manager, the other will function as a hands-on Production Assistant; you may apply individually or as an established duo.

The job begins the moment the concept deck lands in your inbox and ends when everything is locked for shoot day. You will interface with me directly, liaise with the director and DP, and keep our creative team on track so we hit an aggressive timeline without sacrificing quality.

Core goals:
• Turn the creative brief into a concrete production plan
• Secure locations, talent, and crew inside the United States
• Deliver airtight schedules, call sheets, and budget trackers that the shooting crew can execute without second-guessing

Key deliverables:
• Master production schedule with milestones and deadlines
• Confirmed crew and cast list, including signed deal memos
• Location agreements, permits, and insurance certificates
• Line-item budget with vendor quotes and payment calendar
• Day-of call sheets and a complete production bible (PDF + editable files)

Rates:
- Production Manager: $750/day (2-4 years of experience required)
- Production Assistant: $250/day (1-2 years of experience required)

We are shooting on union-friendly terms, so familiarity with SAG-AFTRA paperwork and standard insurance minimums is a plus. I work primarily in Google Workspace, Final Draft, and StudioBinder; preference goes to pros who use these tools or can seamlessly export to these formats.
