US Commercial AutoCAD Drafter Needed

I handle a steady stream of U.S.-based commercial projects and need a civil/architectural drafter who can pick things up quickly and work without hand-holding. You’ll receive my red-lined PDFs, sketches, and reference models and will turn them into clean, well-layered AutoCAD drawings that stand up to city and engineer review.

Scope of work
• Produce complete commercial plan sets—site layouts, grading, utilities, floor plans, elevations, and simple sections—using AutoCAD.
• Follow U.S. standards for units, notation, and detailing; familiarity with local code references is essential.
• Meet tight but reasonable deadlines (typical turnaround is one week, occasional same-day edits).

Deliverables
1. Native .dwg files (AutoCAD 2018 or later) with company layering standard applied.
2. Plot-ready PDFs at 24" × 36", correct line weights and hatches.
3. Bound or neatly referenced external files, with no orphan layers or blocks.

To help me choose, attach past work that proves your experience with U.S. commercial drafting—at least two sample sheets showing your role in the title block. We’ll begin with a paid test sheet, and if it goes well, you can expect ongoing projects.
