I have a retrofit engineering projects that call for highly accurate LOD 300 environment models, and I can only subcontract this work to a fellow U.S. citizen for compliance reasons. The first assignment is a warehouse/clean room facility; once we confirm the workflow, more sites will follow.

The project is around 20,000 to 24,000 sf

You will receive point-clouds, existing CAD plans, and photo sets. Your task is to translate that data into a clean, well-organized 3D environment suitable for clash detection, quantity take-offs, and downstream design work. The modeling will be in Revit to include architecture, structure, and MEPF.

Deliverable & acceptance criteria:
• LOD 300 accuracy in line with BIMForum definitions
• Elements grouped logically by level and discipline
• Dimensional tolerance within ¼ inch of surveyed data

Include a brief note confirming U.S. citizenship along with two or three samples of comparable environment models. If your work is precise and your files open cleanly, there’s plenty more waiting.
