US Based Professional working in Utilities or Infrastructure needed for App review

I am looking for US based professionals working in Utilities and Infrastructures like Water, Gas, Telecommunication,etc.industry, to review a data security application for me.
HERE ARE THE QUESTIONS I NEED ANSWERS TO:
1. In your day to day work, are there components of decision making that are handled by AI? Example: Determining water acidity, predicting telecom surge, predicting infection in the environment,etc.
2.Can bad, manipulated or polluted data and AI models cause harm in your field?
3. If yes, what kind of impact doest the harm have? Financial, health issues, safety issues, regulatory, legal, etc
4. What is the size and scope of this impact?
5. Do you think my proposed solution can be beneficial in solving the data/AI model poisoning? You will answer this after seeing my solution.
