We need a US-BASED Meta Ads / Business Manager expert (US business hours, ET, fluent English) for direct email and chat conversations with the owners. Mission: get our Meta ad account fully running and UNCAPPED. We run a small Meta ads test. Required: Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager experience (account restrictions, spending limits, verification, appeals); fluent, clear written English; based in the US; available Monday to Friday in US Eastern business hours, never more than a 1-hour gap in replies during ET business hours, accepted in writing. Trial budget: fixed $132 total for the first milestone. Deliverable: daily direct check-ins with the owners and a written diagnosis plus plan for getting the ad account live and uncapped.
