I am looking for an experienced lead generation / Instagram research freelancer to build a list of 500 verified US-based Instagram creators in the Beauty and Fashion niches.

Lead Requirements

Every lead MUST meet all of the following criteria:

* Based in the United States
* Active Instagram creator
* 10,000–50,000 followers
* Niche: Beauty and/or Fashion
* Content primarily in English
* Has posted recently / account is active
* Individual creator/influencer, not a brand or company
* Must have a publicly available business/contact email
* No duplicate accounts
* No fake, inactive, meme, repost, or engagement-farm accounts

Information Required for Each Lead

Please provide the following in an organized Google Sheet or Excel file:

1. Creator Name
2. Instagram Username
3. Instagram Profile URL
4. Follower Count
5. Niche (Beauty/Fashion)
6. US Location (City/State, if publicly available)
7. Business/Contact Email
8. Last Post Date
9. Approximate Average Reel Views (if available)
10. Any relevant notes

Quality Control

Please do not use a random scraped database. Each Instagram profile needs to be manually checked to ensure it meets the criteria above.

Before awarding the full project, I would like the selected freelancer to provide 20 sample leads.

The sample will be checked for:

* Correct follower range
* US location
* Beauty/Fashion niche
* Active account
* Valid public email
* No duplicates
* Genuine creator accounts

If the sample quality is good, the remaining 480 leads will be completed.
