Urgent: WordPress Website Troubleshooting & Optimization

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to fix several issues and improve our existing corporate website.

➡️ Phase 1: Urgent Fixes (Within 24 Hours)

1. Restore Missing Images: Identify and fix the issues causing images to disappear across the website.

2. Publish a New Blog Post: Upload and publish a new article under "Insights" and "Data & AI", maintaining the same look and feel as existing articles. Content will be provided.

3. Fix Blog UI: Correct the blog's initial layout and display issues.

4. Correct Dates: Update the dates displayed on the Insights page.

➡️ Phase 2: Website Improvements (Within 72 Hours)

1. Improve Website Speed: Optimize loading speed for desktop and mobile. Provide before-and-after Google PageSpeed Insights results.

2. Check Text Readability: Ensure all website text is readable and displays correctly on desktop and mobile.

3. Add Testimonials: Upload and format testimonials to match the existing website design. Content will be provided.

➡️ Additional Requirements

1. Identify and explain the root causes of missing images and blog UI issues to prevent recurrence.
2. Back up the website before making changes.
3. Preserve existing content, design and functionality.
4. Test all fixes on desktop and mobile.
5. Highlight any other significant issues identified, without expanding the agreed scope.
