Urgent WordPress Plugin Repair

My WordPress site went down right after I updated a security plugin, and at the moment it simply refuses to load—front-end and back-end are both unreachable. I need someone who can jump in immediately, trace the conflict introduced by that update, and get the site back online without losing any settings or data.
