I’m looking for a desktop engineer who can jump in right away to diagnose and resolve recurring Windows issues for my team. The most common headache is that several machines become painfully slow, crash unexpectedly, or refuse to boot at all. I need someone comfortable digging into hardware checks, OS logs, driver conflicts, and the usual suspects that plague Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops.

Your role is to:
• Pinpoint the root cause of each slowdown, crash, or boot failure.
• Apply the appropriate fix—whether that’s repairing a corrupted system file, updating or rolling back drivers, removing stubborn malware, or adjusting BIOS/firmware settings.
• Document what you did so I can track patterns and prevent repeat incidents.

If networking or software conflicts emerge while you’re at it, I’d like you to resolve those too. Proven experience with Windows troubleshooting tools—Event Viewer, DISM, SFC, Safe Mode diagnostics, and reliable third-party utilities—will be essential.

All work can be handled remotely as long as you can guide users through any physical steps (safe-boot key combos, reseating RAM, etc.) via screen-share or clear instructions. Once each system runs reliably again, send me a brief summary of findings and recommendations for long-term stability.

Ready to get these machines back in shape? Let’s start with one problem device and move through the rest as quickly as possible.
