Urgent Senior Project Manager

I need an accomplished project manager to step in immediately and bring order, momentum, and measurable results to an active initiative that is already underway. The key expectation is swift assessment and rapid implementation of a structured plan that keeps every stakeholder aligned, risks visible, and deliverables on schedule.

You will be handed raw project documentation, partial timelines, and a distributed team. From there, I expect:

• A concise discovery report within 48 hours outlining current status, gaps, and quick-win actions
• A full project plan (scope, schedule, budget tracking, risk register) ready for sign-off within the first week
• Weekly status dashboards and stakeholder updates that highlight progress, blockers, and next steps
• A clear handover package once major milestones are hit, so internal staff can maintain the cadence you establish

The environment is fast-moving and largely remote, so proficiency with common PM suites (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar), real-time communication tools, and lean documentation is critical. PMP, Prince2, or agile certification is a plus, but your ability to demonstrate calm, structured leadership under tight timelines matters most.
