Urgent Revit or SketchUp Commercial Rendering

I have a complete CAD file for a exterior of a commercial property and I need it transformed into a polished Revit or SketchUp rendering within 24 hours. The images will be shown directly to the client, so will require 10 to 15 views.

You will start from my DWG/DXF (or other CAD) base, build the model in Revit or SketchUp, apply realistic materials, add accurate lighting, then output high-resolution stills—plus the native editable files—by the deadline. A quick screen share or annotated PDF midway through the day will help me sign off on finishes and viewpoints so we stay on schedule.

Deliverables (by tomorrow, end-of-day):
• Final Revit or SketchUp file (.skp) with layers intact
• 10–15 high-res JPEG/PNG renders suitable for client slideshow
• No logo at the top (if its there in the CAD file)
• One lightweight PDF sheet assembling those images for easy email review
