Urgent Residential CAD Plans

I need a complete set of production-ready CAD drawings for a residential construction project and time is tight. Your job is to turn my notes, sketches, and field measurements into clean, well-layered files that a builder and the local permitting office can accept without extra back-and-forth.

Scope of work
• Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, and basic electrical/plumbing layouts, following standard residential conventions.
• Keep layers, line weights, and annotations organised for easy future edits.
• Provide files in AutoCAD-compatible DWG (2018 or earlier) plus print-ready PDFs.

Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions accurate in metric, matching the materials I give you.
• Drawings plot true to scale on A1 sheets.
• No stray layers, unit mismatches, or unexplained symbols.

Timeline
• First draft within three days of award.
• Final, permit-ready set within one week, including any minor revisions.
