Urgent Organic Dinosaur Product Model refinement

**Title: URGENT – Organic 3D Product Design Refinement for Resin Printing (No AI)**

Hi! I'm looking for an experienced 3D product designer to refine an existing dinosaur-shaped gua sha massage tool.

I already have STL and STEP files from a previous AI-assisted modelling process, along with my original design references and sketches. However, the current model looks too rigid and artificial, and I would like a designer to improve it through manual 3D modelling.

**About the Product**

This is a compact, handheld dinosaur-inspired gua sha tool designed to combine massage, comfort and emotional connection.

The product includes an internal LED that can illuminate as a reassuring signal between two connected devices.

I want to maintain the original dinosaur concept, but make the overall design feel more organic, sculptural, playful and ergonomically considered.

**What I Need**

**1. Organic Shape Refinement**
- Preserve the original dinosaur silhouette and overall proportions.
- Improve the head and neck so they flow naturally into the body.
- Make the shape softer, more fluid and less mechanically uniform.
- Avoid overly symmetrical or repetitive curves.
- Keep the product friendly and playful without making it look like a plastic toy.

**2. Ergonomic Finger Grip**
- The front should have four integrated finger-grip curves.
- I want deeper, more natural finger grooves inspired by ergonomic handheld products.
- The curves should follow the hand comfortably, rather than looking like separate round bumps attached to the body.
- The grip should feel secure and comfortable for a smaller hand.

**3. Gua Sha Massage Features**
- The dinosaur's back spikes will function as massage edges and pressure points.
- Please refine them into smooth, rounded, organic shapes with subtle variations in size and curvature.
- They should provide useful massage contact points without sharp or aggressive tips.
- I am open to thoughtful design suggestions that improve the gua sha functionality while preserving the dinosaur character.

**4. Stable Base and Internal Space**
- The product must be able to stand upright on a flat surface, as shown in my original design.
- Approximate dimensions: 100 mm height × 42 mm width × 48 mm depth.
- The body should be hollow to accommodate a small LED.
- The interior must remain accessible after printing so I can install the LED myself.
- A suitable two-part assembly is preferred.
- Please consider the existing button opening and USB-C opening.

**5. Resin 3D Printing**
- The appearance model will be printed using Formlabs Clear Resin V4.
- The final geometry should be suitable for resin printing, including appropriate wall thickness, drainage and assembly considerations.
- I am aiming for a translucent appearance with soft light diffusion.

**Important: No AI-Generated Modelling**

I am specifically looking for someone who can manually refine or rebuild the geometry using professional 3D modelling software such as Blender, Fusion 360, SolidWorks or Rhino.

Please do not use AI-generated 3D geometry or AI design-generation tools for this project.

**Project Stages**

**Stage 1 – Exterior Appearance Model (Urgent)**

Refine the exterior shape and prepare a resin-printable model with accessible internal space for an LED. This is my immediate priority.

**Stage 2 – Internal Component Design**

After the appearance model is completed, I may need further assistance developing the internal structure for the LED, button, battery and other electronic components.

Ideally, I would like to work with the same designer for both stages.

**Deliverables**
- Refined STL files suitable for resin printing
- STEP file
- Editable original 3D source file
- Separate printable parts with a practical assembly method
- Consistent front, side and back renders for review
- At least one revision after reviewing the initial design

**Deadline**

This is an urgent project. I would ideally like the first-stage appearance model completed as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours.
