CRITICAL DEADLINE: Project must be completed within 24–48 hours.
We require an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to immediately take over and optimize an existing mechanical assembly that has failed initial prototyping checks.
Tasks to complete urgently:
1. Review existing 3D CAD files (STEP/IGES) for structural weaknesses.
2. Optimize parts using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to reduce manufacturing costs.
3. Ensure all components feature perfect positioning, clearances, and functional assembly mates.
4. Deliver final production-ready 3D CAD files alongside detailed 2D engineering drawings with dimensional tolerances.
Do not bid if you cannot start immediately and deliver high-quality manufacturing files within the tight deadline.
