Urgent Logo Vector Recreation

I have our company logo that currently exists only as a PNG and I need it redrawn right away into crisp, fully-scalable vector artwork with absolutely no design alterations. Every curve, colour and proportion must match the original pixel-for-pixel so our brand guidelines remain intact.

Please rebuild the file from scratch in Adobe Illustrator (or comparable vector software) and supply the final artwork in multiple formats for print, web and internal use.
