I have already drafted an N461 Judicial Review Claim Form, an N463 Application for Urgent Consideration, the 10.1 Statement of Facts, 10.2 Detailed Statement of Grounds and a Draft Order for Interim Relief. All that now stands between me and today’s deadline is a fast-acting immigration public-law specialist who can polish the papers, lodge them on CE-File, and stand ready to represent the claim both in writing and, if the court convenes, in person.
