Urgent JPEG-to-Mailchimp Template

I have a finished promotional design saved as a high-resolution JPEG and I need it translated into clean, responsive HTML that Mailchimp accepts as a reusable template. The layout includes hero imagery, a few supporting graphics, and clearly defined call-to-action buttons. Those visual elements can stay fixed, but every line of copy must remain editable inside Mailchimp’s drag-and-drop editor so I can refresh wording for future sends without touching code.

The build has to render flawlessly in Gmail and Apple Mail on both desktop and mobile. Please keep the code lightweight, comment your sections, and follow Mailchimp-friendly best practices (inline CSS, table structure, no external stylesheets).

Deliverables
• One HTML file ready for direct upload to Mailchimp
• Any supporting assets (optimised images, if you slice them) in a tidy folder
• Quick test screenshots or a short screencast proving it displays correctly in Gmail and Apple Mail
