Project Title: Urgent – Revit 2024 Architecture & Interior BIM Modelling | LOD 350 | Hospital Project

BACE Design & Engineering is seeking an experienced BIM freelancer or team to develop Architecture and Interior Design models to LOD 350 for a hospital renovation project in Doha, Qatar.
The scope covers 2,898 m² on one inpatient tower floor. Existing BIM models and supporting project information will be provided. This is a BIM production assignment; design responsibility remains with the project’s design team.
Scope of Work
- Develop the Architecture model, including walls, doors, windows, openings, hosted elements, and room names and numbers.
- Develop the Interior Design model, including floor and wall finishes, ceilings and ceiling supports, kitchen equipment, fixtures, sanitary fixtures, and furniture.
- Work from the supplied BIM models, drawings, and existing-condition references.
- Link adjacent zones and other disciplines for coordination.
- Resolve AR/ID clashes and review comments issued by BACE.
- Populate required COBie and BIM database parameters.
- Apply project worksets, naming conventions, shared parameters, and existing/demolition/new-construction phasing.
- Raise RFIs for missing or conflicting information and support review submissions through approval.
Software & Standards
- Autodesk Revit 2024 — models must remain in this version.
- Autodesk Navisworks 2024.
- Compliance with the supplied project BEP, BIM Manual, EIR, and PWA BIM/CAD standards.
- Hospital or healthcare BIM experience is strongly preferred. Qatar/PWA project experience is an advantage.
Required Deliverables
1. Architecture and Interior Design models in RVT format.
2. One NWC export per model.
3. QA/QC checklist for each model.
4. Input-file register showing filenames, revisions, and dates.
5. Interim submission at approximately 50% completion, final submission, and subsequent comment closure.
Programme — Immediate Availability Required
The project’s LOD 350 submission is due on 8 November 2026, with vendor delivery required one day earlier, on 7 November 2026.
Please confirm your immediate availability, team capacity, and earliest achievable completion date. State clearly whether you can meet this deadline. Review comments must be addressed within two working days.
Not Included
Design development or validation, engineering calculations, code compliance assessment, MEP or structural modelling, façade modelling, scanning, site attendance, model federation, clash-report preparation, and animations.
2D drawing extraction, LOD 400, and LOD 500 are excluded from the base scope.

- Fixed lump-sum price in QAR, split between Architecture and Interior Design.
- Optional prices for 2D drawing extraction per sheet and upgrading this zone to LOD 400.
- Hourly variation rates by role.
- Assumptions, exclusions, and clarification questions.
Prices should exclude taxes and transfer fees and remain valid for 30 days. Payment follows LOD 350 submission approval, with detailed terms agreed at award. Changes outside the agreed scope will be assessed as variations; corrections arising from the freelancer’s errors are included.
All coordination will be through BACE. Project files are confidential and will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
